• Returns – Unworn and unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange.
• Exchanges – If you would like a different style, length, or color, we’ll gladly arrange an exchange once the original item is returned.
• Hygiene Policy – For the safety of our customers, wigs must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with tags/packaging intact.
• Final Sale – Discounted or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
